09-15-23     Full packages are due to the Award Review Group – department/unit heads submit nominations (up to 2) – nominees to email materials to Melissa Sharp and Andre West
09-29-23  Award Review Group selects college nominations; all nominees are notified; comments and suggestions on packages are due to the college nominees
10-13-23  Final packages are due to the dean’s office – nominees to email them to the dean’s EA
10-20-23 (estimated)  Packages are due to the university – Dean’s EA will submit

Award Information
The annual Global Engagement Institute (GEI)  provides professional development opportunities for faculty and staff interested in developing research, scholarship or academic programs that strengthen and enhance NC State’s collaboration with global partners. Each year, a GEI cohort of up to 10 faculty and/or staff members is selected to participate in a variety of activities focusing on a world region or topical orientation.

Eligibility
Full-time permanent NC State faculty (all tracks) or EHRA professional staff.
