Award Information: NC State offers an impressive breadth of international programs that prepare our students for success in an increasingly interconnected world. Each year, thousands of NC State students engage in global learning on campus and abroad through innovative curricula, study programs, intensive language immersion, internships, interdisciplinary research projects and service learning. Equally important are programs that support our international students who bring their unique talents and perspectives to the NC State community and strengthen our global network.
International education would not be possible without the expertise and dedication of our faculty and staff members who envision and sustain high impact student learning opportunities that build global knowledge, deepen understanding of the complex challenges facing society and enhance career readiness.
This award honors exceptional contributions and service to international education for NC State students. The recipient receives a plaque, $1,000 to advance their global work and recognition at the annual Global Engagement Honors & Awards Luncheon.
Eligibility: This award is open to all current, full-time NC State faculty and professional staff members. Nominees should demonstrate exceptional, long-term contributions to advancing international education for NC State students.
